Take the word of a life long insomniac with a high tolerance, these work. And they work well. I've tried other sleep gummies, it's been like Cinderella's shoe, never found a good fit. Either I woke up in just a couple hours, they didn't work at all, or they left me feeling too groggy the next day. These just gave me a full night's sleep and a clear head the next day. I bought the small pack the first time, I'm going for the big pack next time. My only disappointment is they weren't shaped like clouds, but gumdrops. If that's all the bad I can think of I know they're good.

I give Bliss gummies a 5 star rating. They do EXACTLY what they claim: a good night's sleep. I've searched for years trying to find a sleep aid that actually works and Bliss is it. Taken correctly there's no hangover. (I started out first night taking 2 gummies.WRONG. I was fuzzy and groggy the next day.) One gummy a night and I wake up actually ready for my day! Highly recommend Bliss gummies.
